IT Portfolio and Project Manager

The Role

We are looking for a hands‑on IT Portfolio and Project Manager to join our team. This role combines portfolio oversight with practical delivery. You will ensure that the IT projects agreed upon move forward on track, on time, and with the right level of visibility. You will also personally lead selected projects from the first idea through to go‑live. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver the systems and solutions that keep AutoStore moving. If you want real ownership of day‑to‑day details and enjoy keeping many things moving at once, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the IT project portfolio, ensuring all initiatives are visible, prioritised, and aligned with business goals. Track delivery across the portfolio and make sure projects are completed on time and within budget.
