IT Procurement Specialist (IT, IoT & Digital Solutions)

Job Description Procurement & Sourcing Identify, evaluate, and select vendors for software, IoT, networking, and digital solutions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to optimize cost and value. Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including RFQs, RFPs, and contract management. Conduct sourcing activities, obtain competitive quotes, and evaluate supplier proposals. Issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with internal policies and approval matrices. Support contract and price negotiations to achieve cost savings and value improvements. Maintain accurate purchasing records, pricing, lead times, and supplier data within systems.
Supplier Management Interact with approved suppliers to track order status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery. Liaise with vendors regarding product specifications, delivery schedules, and order fulfilment issues. Escalate supplier performance issues and support vendor evaluation processes.
