Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the product and business lead to deliver hyper-personalized engagement capabilities across all customer touchpoints.
  • Gather and define requirements based on business use cases and data insights, collaborating with technology teams to design and develop solutions.
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and releases to maximize business value and align with the overall roadmap.
