Job Description
The IT Product Mgr is responsible for managing and enhancing the platforms that support enterprise process management and test management. This includes SAP Signavio , SAP Cloud ALM Test Management , automated and AI‑supported testing solutions , WalkMe and potentially LeanIX .
Profile
- Own and manage the lifecycle of SAP Signavio, including Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, and related components.
- Drive process documentation standards, governance, and adoption across the organization.
- Serve as the primary IT contact for business stakeholders regarding process management and test management topics.
- Manage SAP CALM Test Management and modern testing frameworks, including AI‑driven test automation, to support efficient and high‑quality application delivery.
- Own and support WalkMe as the platform for digital guidance, in‑app support, and user onboarding.
