Duties & Responsibilities
- 5+ years IT Support
- Microsoft 365 suite (Office, Teams, OneDrive)
- Android OS and Apple iOS
- Additional language like French, German, Spanish or Italian
- VOIP Knowledge (3CX / Mitel / Skype for Business / Teams)
- Firewalling and Switching skills (Fortigate / CheckPoint / Cisco / Juniper)
