Responsibilities Ensure overall success of a project, by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with governance framework, including security and resiliency. Manage and monitor project plan, project milestones, risk and change management to ensure delivery of the project on schedule, within scope and budget. Plan and manage the scope of the project, its objectives and desired outcomes, and ensure alignment of project to the business outcomes of the Authority. Lead the development of the overall project schedule & activities based on the appropriate methodology including identifying dependency, critical path, milestones and deliverables. Build comprehensive work plan and ensure all team members are on board with delegated tasks and activities.
