We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Project Manager
to lead and deliver end-to-end Java-based software development projects within the public sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical understanding of Java development, hands-on Agile delivery experience, and proven ability to manage stakeholders in complex government environments. Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Java-based applications in compliance with public sector standards and regulations.
Manage cross-functional Agile development teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and UX/UI designers.
Translate business requirements into technical execution plans, ensuring alignment with government project objectives and compliance frameworks.
Implement Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
