- Project and task planning – scope, timelines, resources;
- Project development process organization – setting up processes and monitoring execution within agreed scope and deadlines;
- Product launch planning for complex features and overseeing its execution;
- Risk identification and management across projects and tasks;
- Backlog management for technical debt – organizing and monitoring progress;
- Incident management – organizing the team’s work on production incidents and ensuring resolution within SLA;
- Maintaining up-to-date task information in Jira;
- Workflow setup within the team (development, testing, requirements management);
