- Basic understanding of tech roles (e.g., developers, testers, analysts, etc.).
- Advanced Conversational English proficiency (Minimum C1); ability to comfortably hold business conversations in English.
- Solid experience handling sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, OCC, Indeed, etc.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
