JOB TITLE: IT Retail Business Partner

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused IT Retail Business Partner with a deep understanding of retail boutique and e-commerce operations to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the CX roadmap, align on CRM systems and its development, and optimizing the customer experience across multiple touchpoints, including online stores, mobile apps, and physical retail locations. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between our digital and in-store experiences, enhancing both operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product Strategy & Roadmap Coordinate and ensure alignment of CX developments along the omnichannel product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.
