IT Service Desk Analyst I (Local National)

Summary

Provide first and second line support to all system users. Ensure that the operations of the IT Service Desk support Enerflex business strategy and priorities at their location or other assigned locations, by working with other IT management and staff.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide Tier I and II support for desktops, network printing, and supported software
  • Provide Tier I and II support for business tools such as SAP and other software as required
  • Ensure operational stability and reliability of the site infrastructure that supports the productivity tools and business systems of Enerflex
  • Responsible for the delivery of some onsite IT Infrastructure administrative services which may include, and not limited to, Security Services (access control and security infrastructure management), backups and Restoration
