Location: City net, Mandaluyong (near MRT Shaw station)

Work Arrangement: Fully On-Site and Shifting schedule


(For the Service Desk position, you will be handling clients from different countries like US, Latin America and EMEA regions.


Job Description:

Provide first-level post-sales technical support via phone for hardware, systems, sub-systems, and/or applications

Deliver technical assistance primarily to external customers

Use basic diagnostic techniques to identify issues, analyze root causes, and recommend effective solutions

Document and help improve processes and procedures for team use or Knowledge Base publication

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed


Qualifications (Good to Have):

At least 2 years of relevant experience as a TSR, Service Desk, or Help Desk professional
