IT Service Desk Engineer
Location: Zacatecas, MX (Onsite / Plant‑Based)
Vacancy Type: Existing Position – Full Time
On‑Call: Required (rotation)
Responsibilities
- Provide first‑ and second‑level support for hardware, software, and network issues across the region.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records, configurations, and inventory in the CMDB.
- Monitor system alerts and create incident tickets in a timely manner.
- Manage and audit SharePoint access.
- Utilize Service Desk tools to manage Problem Management and KPI reporting.
- Perform root cause analysis to reduce recurring incidents.
- Create and maintain patch management and backup completion reports.
- Collaborate with corporate IT teams on infrastructure projects and system rollouts.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
