Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated ITService DeskTechnician to join our global team. In this role, you will provide local on‑site support to employees at our Bergen office as well as remote support to our global offices together with your Service Desk colleagues in Manila, Vilnius, and Houston. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming service requests through our Global IT Service Desk, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and deploying and managing a range of devices.

This position is based in Bergen, Norway.

Main Responsibilities
