Provide technical support and troubleshooting on network, system, hardware and software at HQ and Sites Assist in set up of new PCs and install and manage software on PCs Perform system administration and user account management Perform procurement, installation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure (hardware and software) Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal, security and company guidelines Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to ongoing improvement processes Maintenance of system licenses, warranties and any other support agreements. Development and maintenance of IT documentation including Asset management and tracking
