About the RoleThe IT Sr. Business Analyst – CDMO reports to the ITOT Head in Morris Plains and serves as the primary ITOT operational and strategic business partner for the Red Apple CDMO collaboration. The role ensures stable operations, effective escalation management, and strong cross‑functional alignment between Novartis, Red Apple, LDC, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support active CDMO initiatives such as TranSCend, including technical readiness, business testing readiness, change requests, and ongoing progress tracking.
- Drive strategic alignment with LDC on timelines, prioritization, and sequencing of Red Apple fixes and enhancements.
