Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors all Yamaha 3S Shops Dealers Service Tools and Service Network.
  • Implements and ensure maintenance of Time Commitment Service (TCS).
  • Installs and activates TCS application and other service system in the 3S shops.
  • Conducts repair and secures that system is operational.
  • Configures and identifies hardware and software solutions.
  • Resolves network issue and take care of all equipment for shop supplies and materials.
  • Makes an estimated cost for damage and follow up request for approval.
  • Sends monthly updates status report of service system in 3S shops.
  • Initiates service marketing activities to reach out Yamaha dealers and customers especially remote areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
