Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues including installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
• Set up and maintain computer systems, networks and other related equipment.
• Install and configure software applications and ensure they are up-to-date.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on all IT systems and equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
• Train employees on the use of hardware and software and provide ongoing support and guidance.
