Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support to end users, including hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and applications.
- Support routine IT operations, system monitoring, and troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, procedures, and system records.
- Assist the IT team with ongoing projects, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
- Support administrative IT tasks related to access management, operations, inventories, and asset tracking.
Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
