Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support to end users, including hardware, software, and basic network issues.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and applications.
  • Support routine IT operations, system monitoring, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation, procedures, and system records.
  • Assist the IT team with ongoing projects, upgrades, and process improvements.

Experience / Qualifications
