IT Support Administrator

Job Description Summary

STEMCELL is looking for an IT Support Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting end-user IT equipment and cloud-based apps and tools STEMCELL staff uses. This is a varied role, including support of cloud apps and services like Google Workspaces, common end-user IT equipment (Windows, Apple iOS), and a chance to gain hands‑on experience with cloud-based tools & platforms like AWS, Intune/Kandji & Cisco Meraki.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Triage and provide technical support for requests related to IT end‑user equipment & tools
• Deploy, upgrade, and replace IT equipment, including laptops, desktops and mobile devices
• Support IT equipment lifecycle tasks, including repair, recommissioning, inventory updates and recycling
• Conduct routine maintenance on shared IT services like AV equipment, printers and shared workstations
