An IT Support Analyst to join a stable international project, based in Madrid.

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical and functional support to users.
  • Managing incidents within the scope of reporting by ensuring that the service is restored as quickly as possible with complete transparency regarding the Business Line: Referencing, communication, coordination, correction, drafting of PIRs (Post Incident Reviews)
  • Guaranteeing the eradication of problems.
  • Ensuring the proper management of application access by following the recommendations applicable to its scope.
