An overview of the role is as follows below:
Providing 1st and 2nd Line Support, covering software, hardware with digital and face-to-face resolution
Escalating upwards to 3rd line where necessary
Maintaining accurate ticketing records and support cases
A strong focus on customer service, driven by quality-oriented support and strong internal and external relationships
Works closely with managers and other business stakeholders to support wider IT requirements and communicate updates effectively
