Job Description

The IT Support provides technical assistance to computer system users. This includes installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. The role requires effective communication with end-users to diagnose problems, walk them through solutions, and elevate more complex issues to the appropriate teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration & Ownership
  • Assist in administering and maintaining Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Manage user lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, access review).
  • Perform server health monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting.
  • Own system availability and basic capacity planning.
  • Support and manage Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (Entra ID) environments.
  • Assist with Intune / endpoint management / device compliance.
