IT Support Associate

The Medical City Clinic is looking for IT Support Associate to be assigned at Exquadra Tower Ortigas Center, Pasig City. This role is responsible for providing IT-related technical support and performing basic computer trouble shooting.

Job Description

• Provides technical assistance for queries and issues related to computer system, software and hardware
• Installs necessary software to newly acquired system unit
• Monitors and maintains computer assets of the company
• Perform basic trouble shooting
• Prepares related report as requested by immediate head

Qualification

• Education: Graduate of BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
• Experience: Fresh graduates and/or six months of related experience
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: General knowledge in ICT, Proficient in verbal and written communication skills, Customer Service Skills
