Job Description

The IT Specialist is a key member of the Inviso IT team. We are looking for a highly organized individual with the drive to use technical skills while providing superb customer support. The position will serve as the primary resource for mid-level global end-user support, and the candidate must be able to work in a fast-moving environment, including triaging and prioritizing issues and incidents while maintaining strong and professional customer service.

Essential Requirements

  • Must be English fluent (C2)
  • Must be able to work during US Pacific time zone hours

Key Activities

  • Administration, support, and configuration of Microsoft 365 and related services for staff
  • Deploying and provisioning new users and equipment
  • Assisting users with day-to-day account administration (lockouts, password resets, onboarding/offboarding, permissions, security)
  • Monitoring and updating hardware inventory
