Job Description
As an IT Support Engineer , you will perform basic programming and scripting tasks to support automation, system integration, reporting, dashboards, and troubleshooting efforts. This includes modifying existing scripts, developing simple utilities, and assisting with data extraction or configuration tasks as required by business and operational needs.
You will also provide technical support to end users across software, hardware, and systems managed by the IT department, including telephony and communications platforms. You are responsible for performing periodic preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the reliability, security, and proper operation of IT equipment and services. The role also involves participating in system‑related projects and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
