IT Support Engineer I

Responsibilities Include
- Provide comprehensive technical support to coworkers.
- Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries.
- Diagnose and troubleshoots end user computing problems including analyzing the problem, identification of appropriate resources, testing of proposed fixes and follow-up to ensure the problem has been resolved.
- Assist with activities to triage and escalate any system or network outage to reduce downtime.
- Assist with technical projects
**Qualifications**:
- Troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
- PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment
- Networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP)
- Supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience
