Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a company working from a Portsmouth HQ.
They provide a number of technology driven Managed ICT Services to customers covering Backup and Disaster Recovery, Desktop and Server Support, Cloud Application Support, ICT Security Management, Telephony, Network and Internet Services.
This role comprises of working in a help desk environment and being an escalation point for the help desk team. The candidate should be capable of taking the lead with troubleshooting issues and carrying out customer on-boarding of new customers as required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate advanced working knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365 and Microsoft Azure workloads as a minimum along with networking protocols.
