Overview
We are currently looking for highly customer-focused and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer with a genuine interest in solving peoples IT issues to support users based at customer site in Reading. The successful candidate should be technically competent, possess good communication skills and be willing to collaborate with the wider IT support teams. Services provided are predominantly in a walk in centre environment where you will deal with a variety of different software & hardware issues.
Responsibilities
- Managing site activities and workload to ensure SLA’s are met.
- Preparation and management of site documentation and assisting the team lead and account SDM with any escalations.
- Second level support of the client and application software on a range of multivendor laptops and PC’s as well as Apple equipment (iPads and iPhones mainly).
