About the role We are a MAS-regulated financial services firm operating across wealth and asset management. Our people rely on always-on, secure, and well-managed technology to serve clients and meet our regulatory obligations. We are looking for a capable mid-level Desktop Support / IT Support Engineer to be the trusted first and second line of support for our staff, and to help keep our endpoint, identity, and collaboration environment running smoothly. This is not a generic L1 helpdesk position. Because we operate in a regulated, finance-sector environment with platforms such as Bloomberg, the role carries real operational responsibility and demands sound judgement, discretion, and a security-first mindset.
