  • Perform daily IT support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving desktop problems
  • Perform installation, setup, configuration, migration and upgrading of desktop, laptops and printers
  • Setup, install, maintain, upgrade and troubleshoot PC/hardware/software/LAN & network, etc
  • Maintain server and network in Microsoft Environment
  • Manage IT asset lists
  • Server data backup and recovery
  • Manage network capacity and email administration such as creating/maintaining user IDs and email addresses
  • Provide UAT (User Acceptance Test) to various system/server/application
  • Assist in the procurement of hardware, software, telecommunication, audiovisual/office equipment
  • Actively participate and support IT related projects
  • Liaise and work with external vendors for the delivery and support
