Job Description

We are looking for IT Support Engineers who possess a strong understanding of fundamental IT concepts, proficiency in operating systems like Linux and Windows, expertise in hardware management, and outstanding problem-solving abilities. 
This position entails monitoring and maintaining the functionality of company computer systems, which includes installing and configuring hardware and software, as well as troubleshooting technical issues. 
Essential Skills Proficiency in hardware installation/troubleshooting, including resolving memory issues, display problems, HDD installation/replacement, etc. 
OS installation including various versions of Windows and Linux. 
Team Collaboration & Communication Ability to work well with others. 
Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware, and software. 
Analytical thinking skills. 
Knowledge of engineering science and technology.
