Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone, chat, email, and onsite visits, including troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
  • Coordinate with team members and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
  • Stay updated on IT and security products, solutions, and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Diploma in IT or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ hands‑on experience in networking or cybersecurity support.
  • Motivated, fast learner, and passionate about technology.
  • Able to work on the following rotating shifts:
    • 7.00am - 4.00pm
    • 9.00am - 6.00pm
    • 2.00pm - 11.00pm
