Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide level 1 and 2 troubleshooting and support to corporate and store users.
  • Act as the point of contact with local and HQ IT team in South Korea to ensure communication, reporting and implementation of IT solutions smoothly.
  • Install, administer and configure systems (desktop, laptop, mobile devices and etc.).
  • Liaise, manage and work with external vendors for maintenance and services.
  • Assist on training and onboarding / off‑boarding of staff.
  • Ensure the firmware (e.g. laptop, desktop and etc.) is up to date.
  • Maintain and manage IT assets.
  • Develop, establish and maintain SOP and documentation for any IT related tasks.
  • Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
