Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and tag desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Support IT equipment transitions during onboarding
• Troubleshoot basic issues for PCs and printers
• Maintain records for IT inventory
• Help with audits and workspace organization
Requirements:
• Current enrollment in IT or Computer Science programs
• Familiarity with Windows and peripherals
