Role Overview We are seeking a responsive and detail-oriented IT Support Officer to support operational incident management functions at the Singapore Air Traffic Control Centre (SATCC). This role focuses on handling fault notifications, logging incidents, conducting preliminary checks, and ensuring proper escalation processes are followed. : Permanent, Shift-Based Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Shift 1) or 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (Shift 2) 24/7 rotating schedule based on allocated shifts per month Responsibilities Receive and acknowledge fault calls and fault locker notifications in a timely manner.
