Job Description

The IT Support will ensure optimal use of agencys hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data.

Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of The IT Coordinator, the IT Support will advise on IT equipment upgrades.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults.
  • Resolving network issues.
  • Speaking to employees to quickly get to the root of their problem.
  • Following up to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
  • Providing assistance to employees with any technical issues or IT supports.
  • Assist in developing electronic forms and documents.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, software, and infrastructure
