Job Description IT Support
  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, email, printers, and network issues.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents promptly.
  • Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
Restaurant Systems Support
  • Support POS systems, payment terminals, kitchen display systems, and related applications.
  • Troubleshoot system and connectivity issues affecting restaurant operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Infrastructure & Security
  • Maintain office and outlet networks, Wi-Fi, computers, and peripherals.
  • Monitor system updates, antivirus protection, backups, and cybersecurity practices.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
