In this role, you will provide essential IT support and troubleshoot desktop and networking issues for clients of Yardstick Technologies, a leader in IT outsourcing in Western Canada. Your customer service skills will shine as you manage incidents, service requests, and ticket queues. You'll also participate in an on-call schedule, contributing to a supportive technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver first-level IT support to customers onsite and remotely
• Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, peripherals, and networking hardware
• Prioritize and resolve end-user incidents and service requests
• Log all incidents and escalate issues to senior technicians
