We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented IT Support Specialist (First & Second Level) to support our international operations. In this role, you will ensure smooth IT services for our users, contribute to general IT projects, and be a key point of contact for technical support.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support (1st & 2nd level) for internal users across local and international locations
- Support business applications, especially in production and logistics environments
- Handle incidents and service requests via ticketing systems, phone, and email
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues (on‑site & remote)
- Install, configure, and maintain IT workplaces, PCs, and meeting rooms
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and global IT teams
