IT Support Specialist

Job Description

This position is based in Quebec City and is the person needs to be at least 3 days in the office.

The IT Support Specialist plays a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and evolving the company’s technology infrastructure. Acting as a technical reference for users and internal teams, the incumbent actively contributes to the stability, performance, security, and continuous improvement of information systems.
