Job Description

Profile Requirements

  • Experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (remote support essential)
  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail environments (preferred)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Pronto) highly regarded
  • Understanding of Salesforce or ticketing systems (preferred)
  • Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, devices, connectivity)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks

Working Requirements

  • Must be available to work onsite
  • Availability for weekend coverage (Saturday–Monday preferred)
  • Ability to respond to time-sensitive support issues
