Menlo Security is seeking an energetic IT Support Specialist based in our Singapore office. You’ll provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and business application issues, and keep global teams productive.

Main responsibilities
  • Respond to and manage IT tickets raised via JIRA IT Service Management, Slack channels, and occasional drive-bys, according to pre-defined SLAs.
