Job Description

Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements

  • We are looking for someone with experience in IT support or service desk roles.
  • We need strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
  • We value experience supporting end users, devices, and applications.
  • We require solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • We look for an understanding of cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, patching, and endpoint protection.
  • We want someone with a strong communication style and a user‑focused mindset.
  • We consider exposure to audits or compliance requirements advantageous.
  • We consider experience with endpoint security or patch management tools advantageous.
  • We consider ERP or manufacturing environment experience advantageous.
  • We consider basic networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP, advantageous.
