This is a 1st line IT support role with a growing MSP based in South Mcr. It's a hands‑on position where you'll be the first point of contact for clients, keeping their systems running and their people unblocked.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

  • Handling 1st line support tickets across a varied client base
  • Supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues
  • Escalating where needed and documenting resolutions clearly
  • Building relationships with clients and delivering a consistently good experience
  • As you settle in, getting out on client sites and broadening the scope of what you do
