This is a 1st line IT support role with a growing MSP based in South Mcr. It's a hands‑on position where you'll be the first point of contact for clients, keeping their systems running and their people unblocked.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
- Handling 1st line support tickets across a varied client base
- Supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Escalating where needed and documenting resolutions clearly
- Building relationships with clients and delivering a consistently good experience
- As you settle in, getting out on client sites and broadening the scope of what you do
