This in-person, full-time role reports to the IT & Cyber Security Manager. As an IT Support Technician, you will manage help desk tickets and provide support across multiple locations. Your proactive problem-solving skills will be crucial as you address hardware and software issues while delivering high-quality service to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete help desk tickets for end users
• Act as a technical escalation for support issues
• Manage ticket priorities and services within SLAs
• Maintain hardware inventories across locations
• Provide onboarding for new management employees
Requirements:
• College or University graduate in Information Technology
• 5 years of relevant IT support experience
