Responsibilities
The IT Support Technician Student provides first-level technical support for staff, faculty, and students. The role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with other teams. The student assists with incident resolution, root cause identification, and works alongside more senior technicians to support delivery of technical initiatives.
