IT Support Technician I

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Overview

The Anthology Information Technology department supports Anthology’s global workforce. As an IT Support Technician I, you will ensure seamless operations of internal systems and deliver efficient support for desktop and laptop environments, proactively addressing technical issues to minimize disruption to daily work.

Responsibilities

  • Providing support for Windows and macOS end‑user computing systems, including desktops and laptops.
  • Responding proactively to user‑reported issues via the Helpdesk tool, phone, and IM while adhering to defined SLAs.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Azure and Office 365 platforms.
  • Installing and troubleshooting Microsoft products, ensuring minimal downtime for employees.
