The position
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high quality IT support. You will handle first-line support for all IT-related issues, both on-site and remotely. Your tasks will include setting up workstations, onboarding and offboarding employees, troubleshooting client systems, and contributing to short and long-term projects aimed at enhancing our client platform and support systems. Your Main Tasks
- Provide first-line IT support to employees, both on-site and remotely.
- Set up and configure thin-clients and workstations for new hires.
- Troubleshoot client systems and resolve technical issues promptly.
