Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to end users. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support day-to-day IT operations, and ensure systems run smoothly across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to users (in-person, phone, or email)
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights
- Support operating systems such as Windows and macOS
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees (device setup, access provisioning)
- Maintain IT documentation and update support tickets
